• Are returns allowed?

Returns are allowed if the product arrives damaged or broken, requiring repair or replacement. If you feel as though the item does not match description, email pictures to [email protected]!

Returns will require buyer to pay send-back shipping.

• Can I pick up locally instead of shipping?

Yes! If you want to avoid shipping costs, I can locally meet up within 25 miles of Waterboro. Choose local delivery and I will send an email for pickup details.

Local delivery rates are:
- $5 for up to 10 miles
- $10 for 11-20 miles
- $15 for 21-25 miles

Customer Pickup is available at no charge.

• What are shipping timelines like?

Due to limited stock, I expect shipping will be 1-3 business days from order completion. As this is not my primary occupation, shipping times will vary.

• Can I request custom work?

Yes! Currently I am only accepting four custom orders at a time. Due to this, wait times may be longer than normal.

• What is the price breakdown?

Pricing is broken down by my set hourly wage, plus cost of materials (I.e yarn, stuffing, eyes, patterns, hooks, etc.) An itemized receipt can be available upon request.
